What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is limited right in front of St. Richards Church but there are many parking spaces or side streets within a 5 Minutes walking distance. If you need assistance please contact us at least 2 days before the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your registration is transferable. Please make sure that the person you transfer it to lets us know at the entrance and shows the right printed ticket.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We would recommend you bring your printed ticket otherwise we can't guarantee entry.
What is the refund policy?
We do have a refund policy depending on what time you contact us and request a refund. In the case you can't atted the event we recommend you transfer your tickets to another person. If you are looking fr a refund please contact us at tickets@deutscherchorlondon.org.uk
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes it is ok as long as they bring the right ticket printout and all details on the printout fit with our event details.
